Return and Refund
At Jonah Travel, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the policy below for details.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most products purchased from Jonah Travel within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is in unused and original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included with the return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the product.
- Packaging: Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packaging and any additional materials (manuals, accessories).
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method(cash on delivery ) within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- For exchanges, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost, including covering the return shipping.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:
